Larry E. Williford - Founder and President of Premier Project Management, Inc (PPM). A seasoned IT Executive specializing in the areas of IT Portfolio and Program Management, Larry has a proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex IT programs across a variety of industries (i.e. Banking, Retail, Telecommunications, Insurance, Security).

With over 34 years in the IT industry and over 29 years managing IT programs/projects, Larry has exceptional ability in applying the right level of process and discipline based on an organization's maturity within this practice area. Larry has been described by executive clients as the "Full Package", with exceptional communications, team building, staff development, and leadership skills that serve as models within an organization seeking success in delivering IT value to the business.

Prior to launching PPM,Inc. in 2005, Larry worked for a number of Fortune 100/500 companies in his career which include CNA Insurance (Senior IT Director), Motorola (Principal Program Manager), SBC Communications (Senior Program Manager), McDonald's Corporation (Senior Project Manager) and Harris Bank.

Larry is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a Certified ScrumMaster via the ScrumAlliance. Larry has a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Project Management from Keller University.



Beverly J. Williford - Vice President and Principal of Premier Project Management, Inc (PPM), is an experienced Transit Professional and Executive specializing in the field of Program Management in the areas of Construction and Maintenance within the Transportation industry.

Beverly has a proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex projects for the Chicago Transit Authority which includes the Douglas Blue Line Rehabilitation Project ($482 Million over 4-1/2 years), State Street and Dearborn Subway Pump Room Renewal Project ($19 M over 2 years), Brown Line Rehabilitation Project ($530 M over 5 years), and Blue Line Signal Project ($251 M over 4-1/2 years).

With over 25 years of experience in the Transportation industry and over 18 years of managing Construction and Maintenance projects, Beverly has demonstrated that she has extensive expertise in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of transit-related programs.

Having responsibility for ~242 miles of mailine revenue track, Beverly has established guidelines for track inspection and maintenance in alignment with Federal Railroad Administration standards.

Prior to joining PPM in 2009, Beverly worked for the Chicago Transit Authority for over 25 years upon retiring from the agency. Beverly is effective in conflict management and supervising high-performance staff.

A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1999, Beverly has completed a Master's in Business Administration as well as a Master's Project Management from Keller University.
